Olive Hamilton Russell is the founder, owner and now winemaker of Hamilton Russell Oregon, a boutique producer of site-specific, single-vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from Oregon’s Willamette Valley. Equipped with knowledge gained during two decades of deep involvement in the production and marketing of internationally respected South African Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the inaugural vintage of Hamilton Russell Oregon Pinot Noir was vinified in 2018 by South African winemaker Emul Ross. Today, Olive is based in the Willamette Valley and is responsible for every aspect of the business - vineyard partnerships to winemaking, management to marketing. Hamilton Russell Oregon has secured long-term relationships with LIVE Certified growers across the Valley.
Hamilton Russell Oregon focuses on expressing the unique terroirs of the Willamette Valley’s carefully delimited sub-AVAs through Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Olive’s vision is to grow her collection by highlighting the diversity of the region through distinctive, single-vineyard wines.
